I found reference to Fox& Brien online in a copy of an old book or directory of businesses. I think it was a heating contractor and was referenced as being in Cherry Valley, NY
Then I looked at current day photos on google street view of Cherry Valley and right in the square you canstill see the obelisk monument. It is still there.
No idea what these people are gathered for.
