NEW MEETS THE OLD 77 years of progress in street railway cars. No. 396 is a product of the St. Louis Car Co. having been the latest thing in 1900. No. 3419 is a product of Boeing-Vertol of Philadelphia. It is one of 175 new Light Rail Vehicles purchased by the Mass. Bay Transit Auth. in Boston.
