This is an interesting image because the sender writes:
“found a card taken during teh street car strike here the sign was painted with charcoal out of the camp fire where we were on duty”
Wikipedia has a page on streetcar strikes and I don’t see any listed for Jacksonville but maybe it is an incomplete list
Although the postmark is 1913 this image could be earlier
