Sign on the building for
The Fair Store: We Sell Everything
which was a large Chicago department store
But it is unclear to me whether this is the original Fair Store as it opened in the late 1800s before opening the flagship store at State and Adams in 1908 which I think looked different than this building
Also sign for Dr. Saeger Dentist - which I did find evidence for in Chicago
also a sign advertising La Preferencia Cigar
there is a faint signture bottom right corner
