I found two towns with a street called Walnut Ave SE - which is the name on the street sign. Roanoke, Virginia, and Black Diamond, Washington. So maybe it is one of those towns.

There doesn’t seem to be an active fire here. Maybe this is the aftermath and the ladder is aiding in the tearing down of the building, I’m not sure. There is quite a bit of debris at the base of the building.

In one photo I have tried to show the writing on the side of the building. I cannot make out what it said except that the first main word at the top starts with a large“F” and then I think the second letter might be “L” but I'm not positive. That is my best guess. There was also a large circular logo of some kind below.

The truck in the foreground has a clear license plate but I don’t see a state name.
