“Claremont Bird Club"
There are 7 or 8 states with towns called Claremont - however I found several references to there being a Claremont Bird Club in Claremont, New Hampshire, back then - and we acquired this card in New England, so I would definitely guess this is New Hampshire
note the people - kids? - are wearing bird costumes
